“Beautiful place if “lavish” for me. Great staff, super clean, amazing bed and shower, really nice breakfast. Get a room overlooking the water. I ate at The Library Bar both nights (January; very very few options) and It was fine as well as the service. Wineries within walking distance and decent trek right from hotel into the hills ”

“Esperienza eccezionale. Quinta situata in una posizione fantastica lungo il fiume Douro. Posizione tranquillissima. Personale gentilissimo e disponilissimo per qualsiasi richiesta. La nostra camera (suite Eleanor) era su due piani con salottino e camera da letto e bagno vista vigne e fiume. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio ristorazione: ottima la cena anche se a prezzi “italiani” ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. Molto positivo anche il tour&tasting all’interno della Quinta stessa.”

“Great spot overall. Banilda at the front desk went above and beyond. A rainstorm leaked through some of the walls and they shifted us to another room that was a definite upgrade. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a great deck. Would love to come back.”

“This is a beautiful, peaceful property. We enjoyed the huge rooms, gorgeous dining room, and decent gym. The spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room (which we could not open, and there was no one working there to open it). But it was very difficult to find, as the Expedia address took us to a house 15 minutes away. We had to put the name of the hotel into Google to find it, but there was no sign at the front of the property, which just looks like a house from the road, so it was all very...
